Pack it all in!

Inspired by the theory behind a buddha bowl, we added a meat-eaters slant to dinner tonight. A buddha bowl is a way of bringing flavour, colour and healthy goodness together in one bowl.

This is our first attempt and it was delicious.

If you want to try one for yourself, choose your favourite flavours, cooked and raw and throw together in a bowl with your marinated meat, fish or meat-free alternatives.

A great option for a small gathering or a quiet night in.
