Nutrition in Fitness

As we come out of lockdown and the gym's reopen, I thought I would share something I did over the last few months. Being an Army Reservist I volunteered to deploy and for 3 months I was a full time Soldier again. One of my tasks was to deliver a lesson on Nutrition in Fitness and the importance of nutrition. The food we eat plays a vital role in how we look and feel. Regular exercise in important but according to research, nutrition has the largest impact on our fitness. Eating right allows us to reduce body fat, lose a few pounds, feel more confident and reduce our risk of illness.
